I represent buyers and sellers, individuals and companies in all issues involving the sale and purchase of real estate, rental agreements, loan documentation, title issues, boundary disputes, and counseling on closing.

I have represented contractors, subcontractors and owners in pursing and defending mechanic's lien actions. I have regularly lectured on these issues and I am fully versed on the complexities of pursuing and defending mechanic's liens.

general litigation
Whatever litigation arises in your business or personal life, I can assist. I regularly try cases in Hennepin and Ramsey County, and I appear frequently in federal district court. I have argued appeals in the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
land use and zoning
I am experienced in appearing before municipalities to assist developers, land owners, and neighborhood associations in all aspects of land development and zoning issues.

I advise and represent individuals and businesses in all aspects of construction law, including contracting, constructions disputes, bonding, construction deficiencies and defects, warranty issues, and mechanic's lien.
